Lens Care Guide
How to safely wear, remove, and care for your NEOiSM contact lenses
Step-by-step
How to Wear
Wash and dry your hands
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Dry completely with a clean, lint-free towel before touching your lenses.
Check the lens orientation
Place the lens on your fingertip and check it forms a bowl shape. If the edges flare outward, it is inside-out — flip it before inserting.
Hold your eyelids open
With one hand, gently lift your upper eyelid. Use the other hand to pull your lower eyelid down. Keep looking straight ahead.
Place the lens on your eye
Slowly bring your fingertip toward your eye and gently place the lens directly onto your cornea (the coloured part of your eye).
Blink and centre the lens
Gently close your eyelids and blink a few times to centre the lens. Check in a mirror that it sits correctly over the pupil.

How to Remove
Wash and dry your hands
Always wash and thoroughly dry your hands before touching your lenses or eyes.
Open your eye wide
Use two fingers to hold your upper and lower eyelid apart, keeping your eye open wide.
Pinch and lift the lens
Using your thumb and index finger, gently pinch the lower edge of the lens and lift it off your eye. Always use the soft pad of your fingertip — never your nail edge.

Cleaning & Storage
Wash and dry your hands
Start every cleaning session with clean, dry hands.
Rub the lens with solution
Place the removed lens on your palm. Apply 2–3 drops of multipurpose lens solution and gently rub with your finger for 20 seconds on each side.
Rinse thoroughly
Rinse both sides of the lens with fresh solution to remove loosened deposits.
Store in fresh solution
Place the lens into a clean lens case filled with fresh solution. Never reuse or top up old solution — always replace it fully.
Replace your lens case regularly
Replace your lens case at least every 3 months to prevent bacterial build-up. Rinse the case with fresh solution (not water) and let it air-dry face-down.
Important
Precautions
Max 8–10 hours/day
Do not exceed recommended daily wear time. Remove immediately if discomfort occurs.
Never sleep in lenses
Sleeping in lenses cuts oxygen to your cornea and raises infection risk significantly.
Avoid water contact
Remove before swimming, showering, or any water activity to prevent serious eye infections.
Lenses before makeup
Always insert lenses before applying eye makeup, and remove lenses before taking makeup off.
Never share lenses
Sharing lenses can transmit bacterial and viral infections and damage the cornea.
Respect wear schedule
Discard daily lenses after one use. Discard monthly lenses 30 days after first opening.
